Deactivate Account

Steps to Deactivate an Account on Sb Academy:

1. Login to Your Account:
   • Open the Sb Academy App.
   • Enter your registered mobile number and password to log in.
2. Access the Side Menu:
   • Once logged in, locate and open the side menu (usually represented by three horizontal lines or a similar icon).
3. Navigate to "Deactivate Account":
   • In the side menu, look for the "Deactivate Account" option and click on it.
4. Confirm Deactivation:
   • You will be directed to the deactivation page.
   • On this page, you’ll see a confirmation button labeled "Yes, sure."
   • Click on "Yes, sure" to temporarily deactivate your account.

Delete Account

Steps to Delete an Account on Sb Academy:

1. Login to Your Account:
   • Open the Sb Academy App.
   • Enter your registered mobile number and password to log in.
2. Access the Side Menu:
   • Once logged in, locate and open the side menu (usually represented by three horizontal lines or a similar icon).
3. Navigate to "Delete Account":
   • In the side menu, look for the "Delete Account" option and click on it.
4. Confirm Deactivation:
   • You will be directed to the account deletion page.
   • On this page, you’ll see a confirmation button labeled "Yes."
   • Click on "Yes" to proceed.
5. Enter OTP:
   • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number..
   • Enter the OTP in the provided field.
6. Submit and Delete Account:
   • After entering the OTP, submit the request.
   • Your account will be permanently deleted, and all related data will be cleared from the system.

Sent a account deletion request to [email protected] by mentioning your registered Mobile Number, DOB and Account Id.
